Lets make healthcare smarter together.Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management for our AI-powered healthcare platform, with specific focus on RCM solutionsConduct comprehensive market research and analyze healthcare provider pain points to identify high-impact AI product opportunities and prioritize developmentDevelop detailed product requirements, specifications, and user stories that balance technical feasibility with clinical and operational valueCreate and manage strategic product roadmaps with clear feature prioritization, timelines, and milestones aligned with business objectivesPartner closely with engineering and data science teams to design, develop, and test AI products that deliver measurable improvements in healthcare operationsOrchestrate seamless product releases with robust implementation strategies that drive rapid adoption and minimize disruptionEstablish KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure AI product performance, ROI, and clinical/operational impactLead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, clinical, compliance, marketing, and sales teams to ensure market fit and regulatory complianceStay at the forefront of healthcare AI advancements, LLM capabilities, and RCM industry trends to guide innovation strategyQualifications:Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience3-7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in developing and launching innovative productsCurrently able to work hybrid on-site a minimum of three days at our Bellevue locationDeep expertise in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and applications.
