We are dedicated to cultivating an equitable and inclusive environment that embraces our differences, and supports and celebrates all of our team members.What you'll **Lead the mechanical design and development of cabin interior components and systemsCreate 3D models and drawingsDevelop technical specifications and requirements for cabin interior componentsPerform structural analysis and optimization using FEA toolCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Industrial design, manufacturing, supply chain, certification, and suppliersManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting program milestones and deadlinesEnsure designs meet safety regulationsSupport certification activities and documentationParticipate in design reviews and technical meetingsWhat you **Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent level of experience5+ years of mechanical design experience in aircraft or automotive interior systemsStrong 3D CAD skills (Siemens NX preferred)Strong knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawingsExperience with FEA tools and structural analysisExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong project management and leadership abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with mass and cost optimization initiativesAt Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business.
