As you learn, you'll have the chance to grow in the after-sales and service market across North America.Full Support: You'll have the constant support of a knowledgeable and dedicated team, ensuring you always have the resources you need to succeed.Key Responsibilities:Installation & Setup: Lead the installation of machines at customer locations, ensuring everything runs smoothly from day one.Customer Training: Train customer personnel on machine operation, service, and preventative maintenance, empowering them to maximize machine performance.Technical Service & Recommendations: Perform technical checks on machinery and provide actionable recommendations to improve operations.Travel & Flexibility: Travel extensively across North America (about 75% of the time) to service customer sites, helping build strong relationships and providing exceptional service.What You Bring:Experience: While experience in polymer and plastics processing is preferred, it's not required.
