If you have a passion for precision, cost analysis, and collaboration, we want to hear from you.Why Join Us?Competitive compensationGrowth-oriented company with a strong pipeline of projectsOpportunity to work on high-end residential, multi-family, and commercial developmentsA collaborative team environment that values innovation and efficiencyKey Responsibilities:Analyze architectural plans, blueprints, and specifications to develop detailed cost estimates for millwork and stucco scopes.Perform comprehensive quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns to ensure accurate and competitive bids.Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to secure optimal pricing and maintain strong industry relationships.Work closely with internal project teams, field staff, and clients to refine estimates and identify value-engineering opportunities.Assist in bid proposals, contract negotiations, and RFP responses.Maintain and update cost databases, historical pricing, and market trends to enhance estimating accuracy.Partner with the business development team to identify and pursue strategic opportunities.What We're Looking For:3+ years of estimating experience in millwork and/or stucco for multi-family, high-end residential, or commercial construction projects.Strong understanding of materials, labor costs, and construction methods specific to subcontracting.Proficiency in estimating software such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, OST, or similar.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents with precision.Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.Experience collaborating with general contractors, architects, and developers.Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to meet strict bid deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:Experience estimating mid to large-scale projects within a subcontracting environment.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).Confidential applications are being accepted now.
