MEP Project Manager - Data Centers

A rapidly growing general contracting firm specializing in the construction of data centres is looking to expand their team across several locations. Their commitment to excellence and innovation has positioned them as a leader in the industry. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior MEP Project Manager to join their senior leadership team. The first project is located in Atlanta, and is a hyperscale data center construction project valued over $2B. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) data centre projects from inception to completion.Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and client requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Drive innovation and efficiency in project execution.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP project management, preferably in data center construction.Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in project management software and toolDesired Skills and Experience> 5+ years of data center construction experience > 5+ years of MEP experience in data centers completed > Must be open to travelling positions
