Education Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors degree in related field preferred.Experience Qualifications: Two-Five years of experience in construction, architecture, engineering, or a related field required. Previous experience in a commercial construction project coordination role preferred.Job Type: Full Time (In-Office)Schedule: Monday - Friday Job Summary: Provide project coordination support to Project Managers and other team members for commercial construction projects. Required Skills:Procore or other construction management software experienceConstruction accounting software experienceFamiliarity with Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable processesProject accounting experience including job cost coding of vendor/supplier invoices and subcontractor AIA'sPerform daily processes and controls accurately, ensuring company policies are followedTeam player capable of working effectively with operations and accounting departmentsProficiency in Word, Excel, and OutlookMust possess strong communication skills both verbally and writtenHave a strong aptitude in mathMust possess work ethic and ability to be punctualAbility to work as part of a team as well as independentlyFlexible and able to multitask on several different aspects of a project or on multiple projects at onceDetail oriented and resourcefulPro-active problem-solverAbility to react to change productively and handle other tasks as requiredResponsibilities:Assist with subcontractor on-boarding, invoicing, and complianceAssist with monthly pay application and lien waiver processes Create, process and track change ordersMaintain electronic and physical files; manage project closeout processAssist Project Managers with support of new and ongoing projectsDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with team members, clients, and vendors
