Senior Business AnalystHybrid, with travel onsite 1x a weekContract to HireNot able to provide sponsorship for now or in the futureOur client is a leading health system based in the Boston area and is embarking on a three-year infrastructure transformation project. To support this transition, they are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with healthcare IT and infrastructure/operations experience. This role will serve as the right hand to leadership, driving business analysis, project planning, vendor management, and strategic decision-making throughout this initiative.Responsibilities:Gather and document business and technical requirements, assess IT environments, and translate needs into project plans.Maintain accurate records, process flows, and system designs for seamless access across teams.Lead cross-functional workgroups, coordinate meetings, and ensure alignment across business units, IT, and vendors.Oversee vendor relationships, review contracts, and support negotiations to meet project requirements.Identify workflow optimizations, implement best practices, and enhance IT operations.Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership, acting as a bridge between business and technical teams.Required Skills & Experience:5+ years as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a healthcare IT settingInfrastructure/Operations experience (preferably within a major transformation project)Strong knowledge of PMP, Agile, ITIL, or ITSM methodologiesExperience with Jira, M365, SharePoint, Teams or similar tracking toolsMust be comfortable presenting to C-suite and senior leadership
