Real Estate Paralegal

We are working with one of the most successful privately-owned real estate companies in the United States. They are hiring a Leasing Transactions Manager who will be headquartered in Montgomery County. The Leasing Transactions Manager is an integral part of the Legal Department. You are the linchpin for commercial leasing at the company, responsible for drafting new leases, amendments, modifications, and other related documents. You will lead the retail leasing team and collaborate with attorneys and internal contacts within the organization. High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and independent judgment are required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse and fast-paced workload. Bachelors degree and experience of 5+ years and/or training required that supports the job requirements.Previous experience in commercial retail leasing transactions within the legal department of a real estate company or the leasing practice of a law firm.If you are interested in learning more, please send your resume and availability for an introductory call.
