Fogelman is interviewing experienced Property Managers with Class-A, Conventional Lease-Up experience for The One at Millington Apartments. This luxury apartment community is located in the north Shelby County area of Memphis, TN.We are seeking a professional, out-going Property Manager with strong leadership skills and proven experience on a new construction, lease up community. The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 3 years of experience as an on-site Manager on a lease up, 5 years of property management experience, strong sales and marketing experience, proven experience building a team, is outgoing and professional and possesses excellent customer service skills.Fogelman is a nationally recognized leader in the multi-family industry and was awarded #1 Best Places To Work in Multifamily.
