Your expertise in printing processes will be key to ensuring every job runs efficiently and meets the highest quality standards.Responsibilities of the Press Operator:Set up and operate printing presses to meet job specs and deliver high-quality resultsMonitor press operations, making adjustments as needed to maintain print qualityTroubleshoot and resolve issues during the printing processKeep accurate records of production runs and material usageRead and interpret job tickets and production schedulesPush/pull hand trucks, lift objects up to 40 pounds, and move up to 1400 poundsQualifications of the Press Operator:High School Diploma requiredExperience with web offset Sanden 10-Unit UV presses requiredStrong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workAbility to stay calm and efficient under pressure, meeting tight deadlinesGreat communication and teamwork skillsPhysical stamina for lifting and handling materials when neededWillingness to work flexible shifts as neededSolid understanding of printing equipment and processesProven experience as a web offset press operator in a professional printing environmentGood hand and arm dexterity, eye-hand coordination, and finger movementMust be able to walk, stand, and stoop for extended periodsSchedules:2pm-10pm M-Fri10pm-6am Sun-Thu
