Job Title: Estates & Trusts ParalegalOur client is a reputable and client-focused law firm specializing in estate planning, trusts, probate, and related legal services. We are dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality services to individuals and families navigating complex estate matters. They are currently seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced Estates & Trusts Paralegal to join our growing team.As an Estates & Trusts Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys with a wide variety of tasks related to estate planning, trust administration, and probate. You will work closely with clients and attorneys to ensure smooth management of complex estate matters, from document preparation to court filings. Your expertise will be vital in helping our clients navigate these often emotionally charged and intricate processes.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation, drafting, and review of estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.Support attorneys in the administration of estates and trusts, including preparing documents for probate, trust funding, and asset distribution.Coordinate and file probate court documents, including petitions, inventory, and accountings.Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and other parties to collect information, provide updates, and answer questions.Conduct research on legal and procedural matters related to estate planning, probate, and trust administration.Organize and maintain client files, ensuring all documents are accurate, complete, and properly filed.Handle the preparation and submission of federal and state estate tax returns.Desired Skills and ExperienceJob Title: Estates & Trusts ParalegalOur client is a reputable and client-focused law firm specializing in estate planning, trusts, probate, and related legal services.
