The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service operations, providing customer support, utilizing analytical skills, and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members.QualificationsCustomer Satisfaction and Customer Support skillsCustomer Service Management experienceAnalytical SkillsEffective Communication skillsStrong problem-solving abilitiesPrevious experience in a customer service roleStrong excel skills needed to translate forecasting to production planningBachelors degree in Business Administration or related fieldFull time onsite role.
