Objective/Mission:As a representative of the brand, the Part-Time Sales Associate is responsible for not only achieving and surpassing sales goals set by management but also for actively expanding their client portfolio. The associate will ensure an exceptional experience for clients at every interaction and will play a vital role in the boutiques daily operations.Key Responsibilities:Sales Performance:Meet or exceed designated monthly sales objectives as outlined by management.Deliver remarkable customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere, greeting all customers, maintaining high standards of presentation, and demonstrating in-depth product knowledge before, during, and after the sales process.Provide support for after-sales clients when dedicated staff is unavailable, ensuring their needs are met.Tailor approach based on each client's individual preferences and motivations, navigating discussions and addressing objections smoothly.Assist after-sales clients in alignment with the values of the brand, offering informed recommendations to enhance their experiences.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.Client Relationship Management:Establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients through exemplary service and AMNY initiatives, collaborating with management to develop tailored strategies.Collect and maintain accurate client data to facilitate follow-up and relationship development using available tools.Effectively address and resolve client concerns, escalating issues to management when necessary.Work alongside management to strategize for and actively participate in both in-store and offsite events and networking opportunities.Daily Store Operations:Understand and adhere to all security measures and operational protocols set forth by AMNY.Assist with the daily opening and closing procedures of the store while reporting any maintenance needs.Help with merchandising and the upkeep of displays and stock inventory.Contribute to inventory management by participating in daily and annual counts to ensure successful audits.Support special projects as needed, such as implementing price adjustments or assisting with back-office tasks.Job Profile:Education:A college degree is preferred.Required Experience:2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments.Basic understanding of timepiece movements is valued.Must be available to work consistently on weekends and some weekdays.Technical Skills:Proficient in fast-paced retail settings.Competent with computers and internet applications.Familiarity with MS Office is required; knowledge of SAP is a plus.Personal Skills/Abilities:Additional language proficiency is advantageous.Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.Solid understanding of customer service expectations, prioritizing both internal and external customer needs.High attention to detail with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Represent Alex Moss New York with professionalism at all times.Self-motivated with a collaborative team-oriented attitude.Must be prepared to work retail hours, including weekends.
