Executive Administrative Partner - Panorama City, CAAre you a highly organized and proactive administrative professional with a proven track record of supporting senior executives? If so, we want to hear from you!We are seeking a seasoned Executive Administrative Partner to provide comprehensive support to our senior leadership team in Panorama City, CA. This role requires a highly skilled individual who can work independently, anticipate needs, and manage complex administrative tasks with discretion and efficiency.Responsibilities:Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives (SVP, President, CEO level).Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate extensive travel arrangements.Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and financial data with meticulous attention to detail.Utilize advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.Conduct thorough internet research and gather information as needed.Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion at all times.Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.Train and potentially supervise other administrative staff.Coordinate and ensure seamless calendar management and meeting support for senior leadership.Provide cross-coverage support to team members, ensuring continuous administrative support.Compile and organize materials, and create compelling PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings.Qualifications:5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior-level executives.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly.Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with other Microsoft Office applications.Key Skills:Organizational SkillsMultitaskingTeam PlayerMicrosoft PowerPoint
