With a strong commitment to quality and a passion for excellence, we're seeking a skilled Medium Duty Diesel Technician to join our dynamic team.Position Overview:As a Medium Duty Diesel Technician, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing a variety of medium-duty diesel vehicles. Your expertise will ensure that our customers fleets remains reliable and efficient, meeting the high standards of performance our customers expect.Key Responsibilities:Perform diagnostics and repairs on medium-duty diesel engines, including but not limited to 6.7 Powerstroke and Cummins ISB engines.Conduct routine maintenance services, such as oil changes, filter replacements, and brake inspections.Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify and address problems.Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used.Communicate effectively with office staff to explain issues and recommended repairs.Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices through ongoing training and professional development.Qualifications:Proven experience as a diesel technician, with a focus on medium-duty vehicles.Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems, components, and diagnostics.Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Valid drivers license and clean driving record.Relevant certifications (e.g., ASE Diesel, OEM-specific certifications) preferred.Ability to work on light duty automobiles a plus!Benefits:Health, dental, and vision insurance reimbursement program (HRA)Retirement savings plan with company match.Paid time off and holidays.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Friendly and supportive work environment.Competitive salarySIGN ON BONUS UP TO $5000!!!How to Apply:Ready to take the next step in your career?
