About SWD BespokeSWD Bespoke is a leader in luxury custom doors, joinery, and furniture, collaborating with high-end interior designers, architects, and developers in the UK and internationally. With a well-established reputation in London, we are launching our West Palm Beach showroom in April 2025, marking an exciting milestone in our US expansion.We are looking for an experienced and driven Head of US Sales to lead business development, client engagement, and project sales while ensuring seamless logistics and installations. The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury interior products, sales, and project coordination, with knowledge of fitting and logistics being a strong advantage.Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & SalesDrive revenue growth by establishing SWD Bespoke in the US market and building relationships with interior designers, architects, developers, and high-net-worth clients.Expand and nurture a strong client network, attending networking events, trade shows, and site visits.Actively identify and secure new business opportunities, ensuring a strong sales pipeline.Develop and execute a US sales strategy, positioning SWD Bespoke as a leader in high-end custom doors and joinery.2. Client Engagement & Showroom ManagementOversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a seamless client experience.Conduct in-person and virtual showroom tours, educating clients on SWD Bespoke's offerings.Provide expert product guidance, helping clients select and customize luxury doors, joinery, and furniture solutions.Attend site visits to assess project requirements and collaborate with designers and contractors.3. Logistics & Project CoordinationOversee the logistics and installation process, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled smoothly.Work closely with the UK and US teams to coordinate deliveries, installations, and quality control.Manage supplier and contractor relationships, ensuring efficiency in procurement and installation.Handle technical inquiries related to product fitting, installation, and site conditions.4.
