Analyzing Marketing information daily making sure our items are within our metrics "10-14% Tacos - 20-25% ACOS". Speaking with our marketing manager making sure she is on top of adjusting what needs to be adjusted and what needs more money (Based on Sales and new releases)Inventory Data- Making sure we are not overstocked on Amazon / Items we want to sell off and get rid of them to closeouts since its not workingCatalog Management- Our system is based through AZSELLERKIT which requires us to input all Item information- Cost, Category, Gender etc. - Very Important to ensure its all accurate since our systems are based on thisRe-Pricing - Making sure all pricing is accurate and live. Pricing is based on days of supply making sure our range is set up correctlyRe-order Reports- making sure we are re-ordering items that are selling well for us so we are not out of stockWeekly Sales RecapAnalyzing Sales Data making sure we are hitting sales goals by item as well as monitoring the retail priceWeekly Replenishment for Amazon and Walmart Amazon replenishment is through our system Domo which is automatically Updated weekly juts need to review it and see if anything needs a increase or decrease based on seasonality or new releases.Walmart Replenishment is a manual process based on Weekly Sales and Inventory. We are working on adding it to Domo so it is automated. Managing the Amazon Team that has Marketing, Shipping, graphic designers, photographers, Item creation. Making sure everything is running smoothly with the processes already in placeMaking sure once a new item hits the IML Warehouse it is set up and sent to Amazon ASAP.Making sure Amazon A+ Content, Vine, Lifestyle Shots are available for all itemsPlanning new items and new buysTag On Orders- Working with production to see what others are doing and tagging on to new items that we are missing/ have good sales onNew Buys- Working with the art team and merchandisers to work on new items that we feel would sell well on Amazon. Based on previous sales or new movies etc.Working with production to make sure all retail prices make sense for all new itemsWorking with Production to ensure we get our samples in order to photograph themWorking with Account Manager- Planning deals and new strategies to improve salesExpanding the Ecom account list - Macy's, Tik Tok, ShopifyWorking with licensing to make sure all items are approved and OK to sell onlineIML Internal reports running inventory files and identifying new items that havent been set up on Amazon or WalmartWorking with Amazon on any issues that arise- Such as errors setting up new items or issues customers have on products or account health/ rating issuesAmazon customer service- responding to any questions or emails from customersManaging the Pop Tee's Account (POD) Making sure the account health and items are goodMonitoring the new items that need to be created for POD and getting them set up on Amazon and WalmartMaking sure all POD numbers, Sales, Retail, Marketing etc are all correct and work for the company
