Ultimate Staffing is currently sourcing a jr level account executive for an expanding client based out of Atlanta, GA! This is a wonderful opportunity for a candidate eager to learn the distribution industry with room for advancement. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory or market.Direct Hire OpportunityFully Remote but must be local to Metro AtlantaSalary Range- $55K-60K PLUS CommissionVehicle allowance and company credit card50% travel required through GA, SC, NC, and FLSpanish Bilingual PREFERREDKey Responsibilities:Create, update and maintain an accurate Urrea Distributor Data Base contact list in Oracle-JDE ERP (Purchasing, Sales, Inside Sales, A/P, General Manager, etc)Generate cross-overs and sales quotes to assist Urrea sales force and CSHelp to increase the order frequency of current Distributors (the goal is to buy at least once a month)Recover inactive Distributor Search for new DistributorsSupport to social media questions and quotationsAssist on to set plans sales goals for each customer in appropriate territory for the quarterHelp Marketing Headquarters to evaluate Social media postings of Urrea content generated in headquarters marketing area to have brand exposure (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and increase the number of followers. Assist on the review of any promo, price list or catalog for grammar and spell check Work on special projects as assigned by management.Work on other duties as assigned by management.Greet Customer warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.Deal with customer either by phone, email, fax or face to face (will call).Set up new Customer accounts.Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in target markets.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and leads.Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing customers.Conduct regular client meetings to understand needs, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, product development, and logistics, to ensure seamless customer experiences.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.Qualifications:Spanish Bilingual HIGH PREFERRED2+ years of experience in outside sales IS REQUIREDProven experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry IS REQUIREDTechnical aptitude to understand and explain product specifications and applications.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite- Advanced Excel Skills RequiredExperience with JD Edwards- Oracle HIGHLY preferredAbility to analyze sales data and prepare detailed reports.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory or market.Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.Must be able to travel domestically and internationally for training to BOTH Mexico and San Antonio TexasAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
