If youre ready to take the next step in your career with a company that invests in its people, we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Production ManagementEnsure smooth day-to-day operations by managing scheduling, quality control, and process improvements.Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment in compliance with company policies and industry standards.Oversee material handling, inventory accuracy, and production timelines to meet customer demands.Lead and develop a high-performing team by providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.Drive continuous improvement efforts, balancing quality, productivity, and cost-efficiency.Financial & Administrative OversightMonitor key financial and operational metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals.Oversee office operations, including payroll, personnel management, and reporting.Implement and maintain efficient record-keeping and compliance procedures.Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.Sales & Customer RelationsSupport sales efforts by maintaining relationships with customers and vendors.Work closely with the sales team to drive growth and customer satisfaction.Assist with customer inquiries and transactions, both in-person and over the phone.Identify opportunities for service improvements and market expansion.Qualifications & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing, retail, or production environment.Strong background in team management, operations, and process optimization.Proven ability to analyze data, drive results, and implement strategic improvements.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ERP systems, and general business communications.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, train, and motivate teams.A valid driver's license with a clean record; must be able to pass background and drug screenings.Work Environment & ScheduleWork is performed in a combination of office and production environments.Standard schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime or travel as needed.Physical requirements include standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.BenefitsCompetitive salary with bonus opportunities401(k) with profit sharingHealth, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible spending accountsPaid time off and retirement planThis role is a great opportunity for an experienced leader ready to make an impact in a growing market.
