Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, has an immediate opening for a full-time customer service position working in a professional office environment. Our client works with 2,500 government clients nationwide providing services to the collection of delinquent receivables. A summary of responsibilities include:Handling inbound and outbound phone calls taking payment information, arranging payments and updating account informationAssisting with escalated calls if adjustments or credit need to be made to the accountProvide support with other administrative tasks as assignedQualifications:Must be bilingual in either Spanish or Portuguese 1+ years of customer service experience, call center experience is a plusExcellent communication skills verbal and writtenBasic to intermediate technical skillsCompensation and Benefits:The compensation for this position starts at $20.00 an hour.
