Direct hire opportunity for a Mechanical Millwright / Journeyman.As a Mechanical Millwright, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment, ensuring the efficiency and reliability of operations. Must be able to work rotating shifts as well as overtime as needed.Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on a wide range of machinery and mechanical equipment.Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues to ensure proper functionality.Install, assemble, and align machinery components accurately to minimize wear and tear.Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.Participate in improvement Maintenance activitiesProvide technical support and recommendations for equipment improvements and ways to reduce maintenance costsQualifications:Associate degree in Mechanical Technology or a related field preferredJourneyman Machine Repairman or Journeyman Millwright card preferredMinimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience Proficient in Mechanical Troubleshooting including Power Transmission, Hydraulics, and Pneumatics.Familiarity with a variety of hand and power tools used in maintenance work.Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a routine basis.Machine Maintenance and Repair Technician - Mechanical Millwright - 24-00783
