The firm specializes in representing clients in cases involving contract disputes, corporate governance, environmental, eminent domain, real estate, construction defect, personal injury defense, product liability, health care, privacy, tax, sex abuse, and religious organization issues.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for an Experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal at Trépanier Tajima LLP. We are looking for a paralegal with at least 10 years of Southern California litigation experience in both federal and state courts. Exemplary experience and education are preferred, including experience with larger law firms versed in complex litigation.The paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, file management, assisting attorneys, tracking deadlines, document review, legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and providing support for trial preparation. This role is based in Los Angeles, CA, with flexibility for some remote work. We are looking for candidates that are in a short commute to North Hollywood. The position will be hybrid in office and remote work.QualificationsLegal Document Preparation, Document Review, and Legal Research skillsFiling in state and federal courtsExperience supporting multiple attorneysExperience in drafting pleadings and motionsStrong organizational and time management skillsProficiency in legal software and research toolsAttention to detail and high level of accuracyAbility to work independently and in a teamExperience in California civil litigation practicesParalegal certification or degree in Paralegal Studies is a plus
