This person will receive a company car, laptop, and phone for business purposes. They will be receiving service orders 1 day or night before and then will be going site to site to do preventative maintenance or repairs on HVAC systems, air conditioning, heat, beverage machines, ice makers. This person will be responsible for priority assessment and decision making as it related to troubleshooting, diagnostics, and a proactive maintenance of systems and mechanical equipment in a cost-effective manner. Candidates will work a minimum of 45 hours a week with an on-call shift and a weekend rotation. This role will mainly be focused on HVAC components but will also be required to troubleshoot and diagnose issues within, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drains, drywall, beverage equipment, restaurant type equipment, etc.)MUST HAVES:EPA 608 / EPA Universal CertificationThe main component will be HVAC but could also touch electrical, carpentry, etc.Maintenance Technician with 2-3 years of HVAC experienceHVAC certifiedRefrigeration experienceCommercial experience is requiredHS Diploma/GEDMust have a valid driver's license from the state in which the candidate residesSafe place to park company vehicleNo physical restrictions
