If youre a go-getter with a knack for multi-tasking, problem-solving, and closing deals, we want you to help our client create stunning, cost-effective design solutions for our discerning clients.Key Responsibility AreasSales ManagementCustomer Service & SatisfactionShowroom ManagementCollaborationClient RelationshipsSales GrowthQualificationsBachelor's degree preferred3+ years of proven experience in design and luxury products, in interior design or related fieldsExperience presenting design proposals and negotiating project details with clients, designers, architectsExperience using AutoCAD is a plus; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook)Ability to create cost-effective design solutionsAbility to provide exceptional customer service throughout the design processExperience managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationshipsKnowledge of construction and manufacturing standards with connection to designProven track record of ability to excel in attaining maximum sales results through successful interaction with established customers and the development of new prospectsStrong attention to detail skills and time management skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsBilingual (Spanish/English); Knowledge of Italian is a plusMust demonstrate good judgment and discretion when exposed to confidential informationCompensation and BenefitsAnnual Salary + Commission Structure + Bonus Structure + Full BenefitsAnnual salary is based on experienceBonus StructureBenefits Include: Healthcare (Medical, Dental, Vision) - The company covers 100% of health coverage, as well as dental and vision coverage.
