In this role, you will serve as a key bridge between technical and business stakeholders, owning the full lifecycle of data product instrumentation initiatives from discovery, implementation, and maintenance.As a Senior Product Manager, you will -Lead end-to-end project ownership of data collection initiativesConduct thorough discovery to understand existing instrumentation, stakeholder requirements, and technical constraintsDevelop comprehensive technical specifications and acceptance criteriaManage implementation through close collaboration with engineering teamsOversee testing, validation, and other pre-launch processesMaintain and monitor instrumentation solutions post-launchDrive excellence in documentation and communicationCreate and maintain detailed technical documentation for our evolving data productsTranslate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences across the companyFacilitate cross-functional collaboration between Analytics, Product, and EngineeringProactively identify and resolve implementation challenges through clear communicationEnsure data quality and technical implementationDevelop and execute data validation with stakeholder-facing Databricks dashboardsReview analytics implementations using HTTP debugging proxies across devicesManage version control and code documentation using GitContribute to data quality monitoring and schema validation processesBasic Qualifications5+ years of data product management experienceProactive collaborator, capable of initiating and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and driving alignment across teamsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsTranslate stakeholder needs into technical specificationsLead cross-functional discussionsAble to present complex information to diverse audiences, demonstrating the ability to adapt communication style from detailed technical specifications for engineering teams to executive summaries that focus on business impact and key insightsProven track record partnering with business and engineering teams to design instrumentation solutions, manage data collection schemas, or architect enterprise digital measurement projects from inception to launchHigh-level of comfort building a roadmap and working within an agile, Jira-driven operating modelDemonstratable analytical & problem-solving skills with ability to balance various prioritiesStrong technical foundation with hands-on experience in analyzing data with SQL, Databricks (or similar) data warehousing and querying environments, HTTP debugging tools (Proxyman, Charles, Fiddler, Chrome DevTools, etc.) and Git version controlPreferred QualificationsDeep expertise in enterprise digital analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Braze) with demonstrated experience in their implementation and optimizationStrong track record in data product management, particularly in developing and launching solutions for user journey analytics, customer behavior tracking, or similar measurement initiativesExperience working with product teams to define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and data collection strategies that drive business valuePrevious success in leading cross-functional data initiatives at scale, particularly in enterprise environmentsEducationBA/BS or equivalent work experienceThe estimated pay range for this position is USD $85.00/hr - USD $91.50/hr.
