Senior Data Analyst

Only apply if you can work on W2 - Client does not allow any sponsorship for this role.They need to available and onsite at least 4-5 days out of the week.They have to be local in order to be flexible and come onsite on short notice.The manager said most likely they will never work 5 days onsite but we need candidates that are willing to do that and have that passionate/committed mindset.Job Description:In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.Must Haves: Working SME of SQL (writing complex queries)Master at ExcelAble to assess and pull data on the fly (data mining, slicing & dicing of data from scratch)Able to assess data impacts and build support manual reporting needsExperts in end to end data flow, hands on data aggregation from multiple sourcesSME in the analysis, design and execution of data and reporting Experience working for an Enterprise/large bank or financial institutionExperience creating modules from scratch in the dashboards of TableauAbout Data perspective, how do we get data from different applications and how do we get it structured?Write their own macros to go pull dataPulling the data and reporting the data from the incident management team (format structure, not talking much to the data)Writing the scripts to go get the data.This role is Not for building the data pipelines or data lakesDesired Qualifications:ExcelSQLTableauHUGE PLUSSES: Payments experiencePython or AlteryxEEO:"Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of - Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans."
