Algus Packaging offers custom blister, clamshell, and tray solutions using various materials to suit unique packaging needs and enhance operational efficiency.Role *This is a full-time on-site Salesperson role located in DeKalb, IL. The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making cold calls, generating interest, working with partners, qualifying prospects, and working trade shows and events. The Salesperson will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the Salesperson will analyze market trends, collaborate with the marketing team, and provide excellent customer service.*Sales, Communication, and Negotiation skillsExperience in conducting sales presentations and closing dealsMarket analysis and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of plastic thermoforming packaging industry trends and productsBachelors degree in Business Administration or related fieldThe annual base salary range is between $60,00 and $70,000.***At Algus Packaging, we offer a comprehensive total rewards package, including competitive pay and benefits.
