Retail and Inside Sales

** TH Brands is looking for a retail sales person to work in store focusing on customer service and assisting customers with custom orders. We offer an array of custom apparel, sporting goods, trophies, engraved products, professional and sports uniforms and more.** Assist walk in customers and work to educate the customer on our product offerings, retain existing business and sell a full line of custom and stock apparel, sporting goods, trophies, uniforms and promotional products.Order processing and managementCustomer ServiceBuilding and maintaining relationshipsAct as a liaison between the client and production to efficiently get orders customizedConsult with clients on orders, make product recommendations, and assist with upcoming projectsWork closely with production on order execution to own and maintain office work flowAnswer phones as neededAdditional responsibilities as needed***** Excellent communication skillsKeen attention to detail and organization a mustBasic computer skills for basic order entry, work flow management and email etc.Ability to prioritize and organize is criticalAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPREFERRED EDUCATION AND/OR **Experience working in retail sales or customer serviceExperience working in the promotional product, sporting goods and/or apparel industry is a plusKnowledge of sporting goods or interest in sports is a plus**Customer/Client FocusProject ManagementCommunication ProficiencyStress Management/ComposurePersonal Effectiveness/CredibilityProblem Solving/AnalysisWORK ENVIRONMENTThis job operates in a professional office and shop environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photo copiers, fax machines and manufacturing equipment such as printers, heat press and chemicals. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of work conditions.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.This is largely a standing role; however, sitting and lifting is required. Lifting may be up to 50 pounds. POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORKThis is a full-time position, and hours of work vary Monday through Friday, but primarily 9 am - 5:30 pm and Tuesdays 11 am - 7 pm.
