Area Manager

Insight Global is seeking a Area Retail Manager to support a global denim brand who is set to open their first retail storefronts in the United States. This role will report directly to the VP of Sales in NA and support the 8 NE region storefront openings to start, and eventually help with the expansion to a total of 18 locations across the U.S. in the next two years. We are seeking a qualified individual who is passionate about helping to create a heritage/lifestyle brand for what has historically been a wholesale brand.***** - Work along VP of Sales to manage the opening of 8+ retail storefronts in the Northeast region and beyond - Coordinate/Manage grand openings and then operations of the 8 locations in the NE - Staff and train the storefront staff - KPI development and managementRequired Skills & **- 5+ years of experience in an area manager or similar function - Experience opening retail storefronts - Experience managing multiple locations - Passion for the industry and the mission - Higher education**- Experience in Denim market - Brand Strategy - Market Strategy - Hiring Retail positions - Training retail staff
