Clase Azul México is seeking a Private Client Director to build, lead, and manage our private client team within the exclusive Private Client segment. This role is pivotal in developing and executing a strategic sales approach that drives revenue through our luxury destinations and commercial channels.THIS POSITION WILL BE OPEN TO LOCATIONS ALL THROUGHOUT THE US, NOT REQUIRED TO LIVE IN NEW YORK. CAN LIVE ANYWHERE IN THE US. This role offers the opportunity to shape our private client strategy, work alongside a world-class team, and be part of a brand that celebrates heritage, luxury, and craftsmanship.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:· Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to commercialize limited-edition products to private clients.· Collaborate cross-functionally, our Boutiques, Client Experience, and Commercial teams to maximize revenue opportunities.· Identify and capitalize on revenue growth opportunities, including cross-selling across Clase Azul Mexico (CAM) destinations.· Continuously monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and client feedback to refine strategies and achieve revenue goals.Client Relationship Management:· Build and nurture meaningful and long-term relationships with Clase Azul Mexico private clients to inspire loyalty and repeat purchases.· Develop and execute personalized engagement strategies to understand clients' preferences and anticipate their needs.· Curate unique moments to celebrate clients, fostering a sense of community and exclusivity.Team Development· Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing private client team focused on the commercialization of limited-edition products.· Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the team.· Implement best-in-class training programs to enhance the team's ability to navigate the luxury market and deliver exceptional client experiences.· Provide the tools and resources necessary for the team to achieve ambitious sales and client engagement objectives.Cross-Functional Collaboration· Work closely with the Client Experience team to align the client program strategy with overall business objectives and leverage data & insights for decision-making.· Partner with Boutique and Client Experience teams to design comprehensive 360-degree launch plans and events for limited-edition releases.· Collaborate with the Commercial team to drive sales through strategic partnerships, ensuring seamless integration across all channels.Qualifications:Experience:8+ years of experience in luxury sales, client relationship management, or a similar role, preferably within the luxury spirits, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.Proven track record of managing high-value clients and achieving revenue growth.Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through exclusive, high-touch private client sales strategies.Skills & Competencies:Strong strategic thinking with a deep understanding of the luxury market and private client dynamics.Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to inspire trust and loyalty.Sales-driven mindset with a passion for delivering results.Strong strategic mindset, balancing revenue generation with an elevated luxury experience.Ability to navigate cross-functional collaboration and work effectively with various teams.Proficient in analyzing data and translating insights into actionable strategies.Education:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred but not required.Additional Requirements:Fluency in English, Spanish proficiency is a plusAvailability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
