Summary:The Sales Coordinator supports Green Dot Labs' sales goals through program administration and support. This position works directly with the sales representatives in support of sales order entry, database management, interdepartmental coordination, and sales asset support. The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of sales processes. Strong communication with team members and related departments including Sales Operations and Order Fulfillment are essential, as is a thorough knowledge of GDL's sales program and products. A customer-first, sales-oriented mindset is a must. Account Support:Create and submit accurate Sales Orders in Salesforce, leveraging purchase orders, salesperson and buyer insights, order history, retailer requirements and VMI tools, such as Headset Bridge to ensure optimal product mix and stocking levels Generate and maintain supporting order documents and customer product database information including Purchase Order summaries and product information tables Review, convert and optimize mix for inbound buyer-generated orders in Salesforce Create, submit and track credit memos and replacement requests for promotions, incentives, trainings and consumer support requests: Provide weekly credit requests summaries to sales management and finance Record, monitor and report on returns with relevant information Track all promotions and initiatives by customer and date Support distribution of sales marketing resources from Brandfolder as needed Log individual customer-related activities in Salesforce as they happen Sales Administration:Lead customer onboarding administration, including formatting and receiving all relevant paperwork and delivering to finance Support sales team members with sales funnel activity prior to close including distribution of informational assets, customer card creation in Salesforce, sample order creation and requests for compliance materials ID Generate weekly flower unit distribution to production team based on unit size reported by reps Use Jet inventory reporting to generate twice weekly wholesale menus in Excel Maintain up-to-date product listings and pricing on customer-facing Leaflink menu Update and maintain sales reference documents including pricing sheets and promotional guidelines as requested Update and maintain accurate account-level CPG pricing in Salesforce and communicate changes to finance for Nav updates Monitor Leaflink for inbound sample, buyer order and message requests Maintain up-to-date sales information on the GDL website including weekly drop updates and promotional listings Maintain detailed knowledge of all GDL policies, procedures, SOPs pertinent to sales and customer service Data Reporting and Database Administration:Collaborate with production and inventory teams to provide answers to salesperson questions regarding current and upcoming products for selling Attend weekly inventory meetings and provide post-meeting updates to sales on stocking levels and product pipeline Serve as primary point of contact between Sales Operations and the sales team on communication and questions Deliver timely communication of inventory shortages from product management to sales team Coordinate inventory adjustment uploads to maintain accurate on-hand inventory counts in Salesforce and Nav in partnership with Sale, Sales Operations and IT Track and facilitate the removal of aging product beyond GDL standards Education, Experience, & Other Requirements:College degree in related field preferred 1-3 years of experience working in sales, sales operations or customer service Efficient time management when managing multiple competing tasks Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word Proficient in MS Excel reporting and tracking CRM experience preferred, with Salesforce and Leaflink strongly preferred Proven ability to deliver accurate, detailed work with minimal errors Ability to work collaboratively with others High level of organization and detail oriented Highly effective oral and written communication and presentation skills Ability to read, edit and customize data and reports Green Dot Labs and all of its affiliated companies provide equal employment opportunity to all individuals regardless of their race, color, creed, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by state, federal, or local law.
