Functional **To assist the Regional Manager expand the current customer base by adding new accounts, thereby increasing the market share and presence of the company's product range.To manage Key Accounts & Strategize for long term edge against the competition, and ensure satisfaction levels for customer service relative to competition.To ensure timely remittances of payments and maintain overall out-standings below an accepted level.Effectively manage the portfolio of Products, Price & Customers to maximize Profitability.Ensure New business development through market penetration (new customers) & value differentiation (new applications).Focus on specialty product growth and manage the shift from regular products there by driving profitable growth for the business.Build a stronger pipeline for future growth and segment based growth strategy.Position company, products and distribution channels in the region to expand customer base.Identify emerging customer needs, introduction and coordination of new product development to maintain and sustain growth momentum.Attending customer complaints on priority basis and ensuring timely resolution of the same.Maintain good rapport with the customers by visiting them regularly and share new developments with them.Ensure co-ordination with Sales Team consisting of area sales managers (peers),sales people at distributor end in close coordination with Application development team.Identify and deploy knowledgeable distributors in all major regions, ensure effective training and alignment to our strategy and implementation plans.Key Result *Achieve Budgeted Sales and Development plansOptimize Marketing Strength, Sales Volumes and RealizationsSales AccountingBusiness developmentMIS & Customer supportInterested candidates can apply along with ****Current CTC, Expected CTC, Notice Period, Location, Relocation willingness
