SUMMARYA Charter Sales Coordinator (CSC) will be responsible for responding to inbound charter requests as well as facilitating sales growth in the U.S. by selling private jet charter flights to high-net-worth individuals and companies.This position will work closely across departments to ensure that our customers receive a professional and efficient service and be ultimately responsible for developing customer relationships which build loyalty to our brand. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES· Responsible for managing the complete client experience from the first phone call to post-flight follow-up by providing high-level service.· Ability to develop and maintain relationships with retail clients, wholesale brokers and potential new clients to ensure repeat business and generate new business. · Provide timely and accurate calls to all customer inquiries, quote requests, feedback as well as all other customer communications. · Analyze and adjust pricing strategies based on market trends, competitor pricing, and operational costs· Source aircraft on all flight requests, while utilizing both on fleet and off fleet option.· Develop a working knowledge base of all Private Jet Center aircraft and effectively communicate the proper aircraft information and choices to clients.· Collaborate with flight operations teams to coordinate aircraft availability, route planning, and logistics for each charter request.· Understand the fundamentals of flight operations and basic Federal Aviation Regulations· Understand costs, permits, limitations and other factors in international flight operations· Work efficiently and effectively with all Private Jet Center systems including JetInsight, Microsoft Office, Slack & Avinode· Handle confidential and proprietary informationDELIVERABLES· Excellent customer service orientation.· Strong communication and negotiation skills.· Ability to problem solve in a time-sensitive environment.· An understanding of the charter industry and its market.QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION / EXPERIENCEThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.One to three-years' experience working in Part 135 aviation preferred.Bachelor's degree highly preferred but not required.Be willing to be available during the work week as well as nights, evenings and holidays as needed.The ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.Must work well under pressure and be able to multitask.Always maintain a high degree of professionalism.OPERATIONAL DEMANDSThe demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This role has a flexible work schedule to include weekend availability& nightly on call coverage. Position may work remotely with a requirement to be in the PJC offices on occasion.
