LEDtronics, a family-run, 40+ year industry leader and pioneer in LED manufacturing, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This full-time role offers hourly pay, commission, and benefits, with endless growth potential as you work with our vast customer base and contribute to our continued success.QUALIFICATIONS/**High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum two (2) years of Inside Sales experience in an office environment, with closing skills.B2B, commercial/industrial experience highly preferred.Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to problem solve and make decisions with limited supervision.Strong organizational skills and working knowledge of MS Office.Strong multitasking ability is a must.DUTIES AND *Professionally handle incoming calls/emails from current and prospective customers.Work with new & existing clients via phone and email to develop sales.Process Purchase Orders from customers.Meet/maintain/exceed sales goals for assigned territories.Utilize the companys CRM for detailed internal reports for all clients.Understand and maintain the KPI assigned by the company to stay in communication with clients and meet sales goals.Maintain a strong understanding of the company, its product line, customer base, and industry.Work closely with outside reps & customer service to further assist clients with their projects in assigned territories.Qualify and follow through on all opportunities and sample with clients.Perform others duties as assigned.**** Health, 401(k), Life, Vision, Dental, paid time off
