Full Job DescriptionRole DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned sales professional, ideally with an established book of business, to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting customers in person to identify their freight and logistics needs, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals. You will also generate leads, provide accurate information about our services, and deliver outstanding customer service. This position involves traveling to assigned territories in the DFW area.Key **Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.Travel within assigned territories to generate leads and build relationships.Close sales deals effectively.Deliver exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships.Use the company-provided CRM tool daily to manage leads and track progress.Minimum 2 years of experience in LTL/Transportation sales is required.Strong understanding of transportation industry logistics and LTL freight movement.Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.Proven skills in conflict management, problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning.Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Strong knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry is essential.A team player with a "whatever it takes" attitude to ensure customer satisfaction and meet company goals.Willingness to use the company's CRM tool as a daily requirement.Pay and **After your monthly minimum of gross profit is met, we pay 10% commission on the gross profit-- no ceiling.
