Inside Sales Representative-Moorpark, CATemp-HireMon-Friday:,9am-5:30pm$23-$24/hourQualification Requirements:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. ·Bachelor degree; or one to three years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience·Minimum 1-3 years of inside sales or sales experienceResponsibilities:· Responsible for actively pursuing new business opportunities by contacting and qualifying leads.· Develop and maintain a customer database.· Generate and qualify leads.· Follow sales process and follow up on sales activity. · Maintain sales activity records and reports.· Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person always with a same day turnaround.· Source and develop client referrals.· Be able to attend tradeshows when needed.· Strong product knowledge; provide assistance and information on product features for the sales to offer.· Maintain strong client relationship.· Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials.· Proven sales track record, client connections in clinics and medical groups are preferred.· Meet the goals of sales campaign.· Meet sales target or goal when assigned.· Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients.· Meet high levels of customer satisfaction by teaming up with customer service and customer support teams.· Check on samples to be delivered in terms of recipients address information, samples model (specification) and quantity. And make sure of the quality is within our high standard.· Quality checks on product and service delivery.· Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management.· Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development initiatives.· Respects confidentiality in discussing client, staff, and volunteers on organizational matters.· Exhibits genuine concern for customers and always conducts oneself appropriately and professionally.Other Skills and Abilities: · Excellent in communication skills, including verbal presentation with large audience and professional email format.
