Position Mission This position is responsible to produce and develop cost analysis and reporting to support management and decision-making processes, support the Controller Supervisor in the Budgeting and Financial planning cycles and follow-up, stock valuation and inventory management, cost saving strategies, financial analysis, data validation and accounting reconciliation.Position Main ResponsibilitiesProduce the periodic (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) reporting packages for each business dimension and report them to the corporate and local management;Assist and Support the Month End Closing procedures;Ensure timely submission, accuracy, and validity of reports to associated team members or managers.Provide or perform detailed analysis with regards to the Cost of Manufacturing, Inventory, Revenue, Expenses and CAPEX; Develop specific cost analysis and reporting;Prepare analysis of fixed spending by department and guarantee active monthly follow-up and support to the departments' responsible in explaining variances;Validate the costs registered in the accounting ledger and identify potential corrections / adjustments to be made;Participate in the Costs' Budgeting and planning cycles;Support in the definition of cost saving initiatives and cost reduction programs;Support in the stock valuation, calculation of the industrial unit costs/tariffs, stock indicators and Bill of materials audit;Validate the raw material purchases and intercompany prices;Perform ad hoc product/plant cost analysis to support the operations;Support the inventory process and reconciliations;Support the controller supervisor's efforts for implementing and maintaining internal controls at the plant for finance;Education ***** Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics / Business AdministrationExperiences requiredMinimum of 1 year of Accounting/Finance experience.Good written, verbal communication and collaborative skillsProficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products; ability to adapt to new/different computer programs and software to enable efficient data gathering and analysisEOE - Equal Opportunity Employer.
