Pegasus Asset Management ("Pegasus") is seeking a Junior Asset Manager to join our team in Century City. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in commercial, retail, and residential asset management while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Pegasus is seeking a professional, meticulous, outgoing individual with a desire to learn the principles of commercial real estate asset management. The candidate must be detailed-oriented, organized, and able to handle several tasks in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude.The Junior Asset Manager that will be an integral member of a rapidly growing commercial real estate asset management firm that focuses primarily on retail real estate assets. The candidate will be exposed to both the investment sales and capital markets divisions, which allows for learning a larger breadth of real estate knowledge and promotes both creative thinking and collaborative problem solving.Key **Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and clients, addressing concerns, providing updates, and fostering strong relationships.Assist in resolving tenant issues and de-escalating conflicts professionally.Conduct regular property inspections and occasional travel for property-related responsibilities.Coordinate work orders with tenants and vendors to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.Monitor rent collections and provide clients with regular status updates.Assist in preparing budgets and financial review.
