Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Electrical Senior Project Manager in Denver, CO.Electrical Senior Project Manager Compensation & BenefitsTotal compensation for the Electrical Senior Project Manager in Denver, CO is between $115,000 and $140,000. Additional benefits include: A competitive salaryMedical, dental, vision, life and disability insurancePaid time offTuition reimbursement401k Retirement PlanMilitary Reserve pay offset.Paid maternity leaveElectrical Senior Project Manager Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the management over project teams successfully from qualification, through estimate, pre-construction, mobilization, execution, and closeoutEnsure all project and contractual agreements are met and performed safely and professional within budget and timelines.Manage all project financials, review, and approve invoices, track budget variance, job cost, and productivity.Act as key point of contact with customers and end-user owners.Manage and develop customer and subcontractor relationships.Develop and manage a high-performance team and provide mentorship and training to employees to ensure growth and development.Electrical Senior Project Manager QualificationsMinimum of 10 years' experience as a Project Manager overseeing new-build large commercial, mission critical, and government projects at minimum $4M+ in Electrical Budget.Must have at least 8 years' experience within high voltage Transit/ITS, Telecommunication, gras distribution & traffic signal projects throughout the Arizona MarketplaceMust be comfortable with scheduling, production, productivity analysis, change orders, billing project planning, etc.Ability to successfully manage a team of Project Managers, Field Personnel, Preconstruction team and financials.Experience in union workforces, labor rate calculations, and collective bargaining agreementsMust have extensive knowledge with change order pricing such as negotiating and discussing engineering issues.Must have knowledge with vendor and procurement management for releases.Preferred but Not NecessaryCollege Degree
