Job Title: 2nd Shift Production SupervisorJob Type: Full-Time (Permanent Role) Shift: 1:45 PM - 10:15 PM, Monday to FridaySalary: 70k DOEJob Description:We are seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing activities and ensure maximum productivity while maintaining safety, quality, and cost standards. This role will support process development, equipment maintenance, and continuous improvement efforts to meet customer expectations.Responsibilities:Foster a Zero Incident Safety Culture and ensure compliance with quality standards.Implement continuous improvement processes and empower employees to optimize work practices.Lead daily production operations and prioritize tasks to meet delivery goals.Coach and develop staff and handle staffing and training needs.Lead daily and weekly meetings to address performance and operational issues.Monitor production metrics and communicate updates to management and teams.Manage cross-functional communication and collaborate with other departments (e.g., Quality, Engineering).Ensure workplace organization and adherence to 5S standards.Qualifications:Basic Requirements:Bachelors degree or a High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.At least 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems.Must be available for 2nd shift (1:45 PM - 10:15 PM).Must reside within 50 miles of the Santa Ana, CA facility.U.S. work authorization required.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
