Job Title: Legal Recruiting Assistant (Contract)Location (city, state): Manhattan, NYIndustry: Legal ServicesPay: $28-32HR DOEAbout Our Client:A prestigious law firm is seeking additional support for its growing recruitment team during the peak hiring season.Job Description:This temporary role involves supporting the legal recruiting team with new hires, recruitment and summer associate program coordination. This will include, interview scheduling, event planning, and administrative support. The position requires overtime during the busy recruitment season.Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning and executing the Associate ProgramCoordinate event logistics, invitations, and materialsSchedule interviews for lateral associates, judicial clerks, and law studentsOrganize and track interview feedbackAssist with candidate travel arrangements and record maintenanceSupport firm networking events and law school outreach programsManage recruitment materials and promotional itemsTrack mentoring budgets and assist with mentor pairingsProcess expense reimbursements and budget trackingQualifications:1-3 years of experience in legal recruiting, HR, or event coordinationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work long hours during peak hiring seasonsExperience with applicant tracking systems (viRecruit preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platformsAdditional Details:Professional dress code requiredOn-site position, 5 days per weekRequires flexibility for extended hours during peak seasonsPerks:Exposure to a top-tier law firm environmentOpportunity to build relationships with legal professionalsHands-on experience in legal recruitment and event coordinationAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
