The Production Shift Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing production schedules, planning, communication, and overall production management to ensure operational efficiency and quality standards are met.Required Skills/AbilitiesContinually evaluates equipment capabilities to ensure manufacturing products are within acceptable quality & cost standards.Ability to provide leadership in a fast-paced production environment.Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.Possess ability to quickly learn and operate production equipment.Must be willing and able to support production by temporarily filling packing, stacking and operator roles when needed.Understanding of applicable state safety and environmental regulations.QualificationsSupervisory Skills and Production ManagementProduction Schedules and Production PlanningStrong Communication skillsExperience in production operationsKnowledge of cold chain supply processes is a plusAbility to lead and motivate a teamAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsAA degree in a related field
