Our products can be found on the shelves of national retailers including Target, World Market, Whole Foods and at over 2000 independent retailers across the country.Position Overview: We're looking for an Operations & Wholesale Customer Service Coordinator to keep our wholesale, dropship, and specialty orders running smoothly. This role is equal parts process management and customer service, ensuring orders move efficiently while supporting our sales reps, retail partners, and internal fulfillment team. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple platforms.Key Responsibilities:Order ProcessingProcess wholesale and specialty orders, including data entry into DEAR, order allocation and processing, and label printing.Manage wholesale inbox & Faire messages daily, ensuring timely responses and resolution (1-2 business day SLA).Oversee dropship order processing for vendors like Food52, Sendoso, and Shopify partners (Goody, Flip, Gifted, With Joy).Monitor incoming and pending orders and schedule shipment dates and allocate stock in accordance with overall channel volume.Coordinate with outside teams and virtual assistants to ensure timely processing of orders.Customer & Sales SupportTriage and clear wholesale inbox, responding to customer and sales rep inquiries.Onboard new wholesale customers, approving applications and sending Shopify login details.Manage prepay invoicing and payment follow-ups, tracking QuickBooks payments and sending reminders.Assist in sending sample orders processing, ensuring correct SKUs and documentation for fulfillment and inventory tracking.Over time takeover monitor main phone line & voicemail (via Vonage app) and direct inquiries appropriately.Our Ideal Candidate:Process-Oriented & Adaptable - You love workflows and efficiency but know when to be flexible to meet customer needs.Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented - You're comfortable hopping between platforms (DEAR, Faire, Shopify, Stripe, QBO, Syncware). Familiarity with these is a plus but not required.Customer-Focused - You interact with sales reps and retailers daily, so you understand their needs and find solutions, always communicating grey areas or uncertainties.Proactive Problem-Solver - You troubleshoot stuck orders, inventory issues, and order processing hiccups without missing a beat.Team Player - You collaborate with sales, fulfillment, and leadership to keep operations running smoothly.Green thumb is a plus.Benefits:Full-time salaried + bonus with competitive compensation based on experience.Role can be pivoted into a hybrid role after training period.Unique benefits package including medical and vision insurance, flexible hours, 401k with immediate vesting, and unlimited paid vacation time.To Apply: Submit a resume and cover letter to careers@.
