Litigation Paralegal

We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Injury Defense Paralegal to join our established law firm in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury defense and be capable of handling a high volume of cases while providing exceptional legal support to our attorneys.Key Responsibilities:Assist attorneys in all phases of personal injury defense casesDraft and prepare legal documents including motions, pleadings, and discovery responsesCoordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and client meetingsMaintain and organize case files, ensuring compliance with deadlinesConduct legal research and summarize findingsPrepare and file documents with courts and other legal entitiesCommunicate with clients, witnesses, insurance companies, and medical providersManage discovery and document production processesReview and summarize medical records and other evidenceAssist in trial preparation and attend trials as neededQualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Defense ParalegalProficient in personal injury defense procedures, laws, and regulationsStrong knowledge of Florida rules and proceduresExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlinesProficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamParalegal certification is a plus but not requiredBenefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holiday benefitsOpportunities for professional growth and career advancementHow to Apply:If you meet the qualifications and are interested in joining our team, please submit your resume.
