Sales Representative Responsibilities:Identify and qualify prospects, develop relationships, market our value proposition, and convert new customersAdvise buyers on processes, best practices, products and availability, market dynamics, pricing, and vendor selection to meet their needsDeepen and broaden your knowledge of non-profit, hunger relief organizations, their needs, and the relevant products and suppliers of dry groceriesCoordinate sales, assist with on-line ordering, provide feedback to vendor management, and clearly articulate service capabilities and commitmentsCollaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer serviceRole Requirements:Proven track record of acquiring new customers and growing sales with current customersCritical thinking skills and the ability develop and execute a sales planStrong knowledge of modern sales techniques and strategiesEffective influencing and communication skills, both written and verbalExperience in non-profit, hunger relief, and/or dry grocery industry is a differentiatorSkill and tenacity working independently and as part of a teamApplicants must be savvy users of Microsoft 365 for analytics, planning, and collaboration.
