If you have litigation experience and are looking to join a firm where you can work on complex litigation matters with an amazing team, please apply today!Job Duties:· Organize new file folders and trial binders· Track daily activity through email alerts· Update case files and trial lists· Calendar important filing deadlines· Prepare motions, pleadings, and other legal docs· Draft motions for summary judgment· Draft discovery and pre trial requests· Summarize depositions, prepare interrogatories, doc review in Relativity· Log and enter billable time · Handle electronic filings in various counties and statesKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:· 4+ years of experience in complex litigation support· Paralegal Certificate preferred· Experience with State and Federal courts, including CM/ECF filing· Strong attention to detail· Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines· Excellent communication skills· Organized, forward-thinking, and a team playerEqual Opportunity EmployerExcellent Compensation PackagePay DOE
