The collection's modern feminine aesthetic embraces unexpected details and striking silhouettes, resulting in clothing that draw their romance and sexiness from the woman wearing them.ROLE OVERVIEWWe are looking for an energetic and responsible Store Manager to join our store opening in Fashion Island!As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations to ensure a superior customer experience and drive the business forward to achieve sales targets. This role requires a strong leader with an entrepreneurial spirit who is extremely service minded with a passion for building client relationships. This person should be analytical, proactive with the ability to develop innovative solutions. As a brand we thrive on good energy! We are looking for an energetic and inspiring leader who cultivates an inclusive and fun environment while focusing on the development of each individual.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee daily store operations including inventory management; stock audits; reporting; store opening & closing procedures; cash management; store cleanlinessMaintaining store visual standards in line with brand guidelinesDrive sales to meet and exceed personal and store sales goalsConsistently demonstrating high levels of customer serviceAnalyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvementDevelop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities to maximize revenue and build a loyal client baseFoster relationships with clients to establish returning client business by providing exceptional service and personalized customer experiencesBuilding and maintaining a profitable consignment business with top clients, stylists and personal shoppersActive client outreach to client base via email / phoneRecruit, training and performance management of sales teamLead team by example and create positive and motivating work environment to foster employee engagementLearn and train to speak on the trends of each collection to build staff's stylist mentalityProvide regular performance feedback to develop sales team to develop strong client relationshipsPerforms all other duties as directed by the corporate officeProactively works with corporate inventory, buying, and merchandising teams to ensure all product levels, assortments, replenishments, and inventory control is accurate and meeting the needs of the businessProactively works with the HR department to ensure all employee relation issues are dealt with in a timely and effective manner that is fair and consistentUtilizes company provided tools to properly process payroll as directed by HRYOUR PROFILE:4-6 years retail management experience with a luxury or contemporary retailerExperience with opening new store locations a plusA passion for fashion and understanding of industry trendsEntrepreneurial mindset with a hand-on can do approachProven track record of building locale clientele, strong sales generationStrong talent development and leadership skillsStrong attention to detail and business acumen, proven track record of driving business from analytics and team developmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh level of ownership, accountability, and initiativeAbility to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.Ability to thrive in a fast environment and adapt to changing business needsCinq í Sept is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment for all employees.
