The CSM will be responsible for ensuring customers are well supported on a day-to-day basis, building on-going trusted relationships, renewing contracts, driving account growth and providing exceptional customer service overall.Qualifications5+ Years as a Customer Success Manager / Account ManagementCustomer Retention and Relationship Building skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsExperience with SaaS sales is a plusExperience in the tech industry is a plus
