Complex Call Center Representative | Onsite M-F in Studio City | Hourly Rate: $26We are seeking an experienced Complex Call Center Representative with a background in insurance or healthcare provider services to join our clients team.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls related to insurance, healthcare benefits, claims, and policy inquiries.Assist customers with account updates, payment processing, and service-related questions.Troubleshoot complex issues and provide accurate resolutions while adhering to company policies.Navigate and update CRM and other customer service platforms to document interactions.Maintain compliance with healthcare and insurance industry regulations.Follow scripts and service protocols while ensuring a personalized customer experience.Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer concerns.Adhere to quality assurance standards and performance metrics.Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in a complex call center or similar environment.Experience in insurance, healthcare, or related industries is required.High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to simplify complex information.Excellent problem-solving and active listening skills.Ability to multitask and maintain efficiency in a high-volume setting.Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications.Full COVID-19 vaccination required upon hire.Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.HIGHLY Preferred Experience:Inbound Call Centers- Assisting customers with insurance claims, benefits, and policy information.Outbound Call Centers- Contacting clients for follow-ups, surveys, or service updates.Blended Call Centers- Managing both inbound and outbound communications.We will consider qualified candidates with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring.
