Position OverviewUltimate Staffing Services is seeking a personable and detail-oriented Temp Part-Time HR Assistant to join their clients team in California. This temporary position will cover a leave of absence and is expected to last until approximately July. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and proficient in both Paychex and Microsoft applications. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable HR experience in a supportive environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support and perform data entry tasks.Assist in recruiting efforts by posting job openings on various job boards.Upload employee information into the Paychex system.Work collaboratively within the HR team to ensure smooth operations.Communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking employees.Maintain organized records and assist with additional HR tasks as needed.QualificationsMust be bilingual in Spanish.Proficiency in Paychex and Microsoft applications.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Highly detail-oriented and organized.Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred.Required Work HoursThis part-time position requires availability on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.CompensationThe pay range for this temporary position is $22 - $26 per hour.Additional DetailsThis position is temporary, expected to last until approximately July, and will cover a leave of absence.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
